Job Description
Position: Sales Secretary/Sales Admin
Level: Assistant/Officer
Reporting line: Sales Team Leader

Work Objectives:
- To ensure smooth arrangement of administrative tasks for both foreign partners and daily internal operations
- To support sales/marketing and/or logistics activities
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and provide initial information in good manners
- Arrange meetings/appointments and working schedule
- Arrange hotel/transportation/visa for foreign partners and internal team
- To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office in efficient and effective manners
- Handle sales/marketing activities: exhibition, website, seminar
- Prepare quotation, sales contract, bidding documents; follow up customer requests,…
- Coordinate with Technical Service team for smooth operations between Sales & Technical
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experiences in reception, secretary or sales admin
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Korean speaker is an advantage
- Good planning skills and attention to details
- Can-do attitude; result-oriented; willing to learn

Position: Technical Service
Level: Team Leader/Executive
Reporting line: Sales Director/General Manager

The core responsibilities will involve the repair, service, installation and commissioning textile/garment equipments and machineries at customer sites.
Able to handle technical matters and manage workload unsupervised whilst maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Responsible for commissioning, installation and servicing of our equipments to existing/new customers in Vietnam
- Provide day to day technical assistance to customers and support all TAV represented products
- Liaise with manufacturers on technical issues
- Perform training (both English or Vietnamese) for customers comprehensively and in timely manner
- Work with sales team to promote maintenance services, parts, components & equipment sales.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the products and handle related technical matters independently
Job Requirements:
- Background or experiences in automation, PLC, engineering
- Knowledge in Textile - Garment – Footwear industries is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Can-do attitude; result-oriented; customer-oriented attitude
- Willing to travel domestic and oversea;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
