Worship music

Worship music is a kind of Christian music used to worship or praise our Lord. It seems to be similar to pop music. Its songs are called “praise songs” or “worship songs”, which are performed by a “worship band” or “praise team” with guitarist or pianist leading. This is becoming a common genre of music in Western churches. It attracts almost youngsters because of either its joyful melody or profound tune with simple, but meaningful words.
Two artists of worship music I really love and want to suggest you are: Hillsong (or Hillsong kids) and Chris Tomlin.
