4/ In my opinion, this sentence can be corrected like this:
There is an English examination on Friday the twentieth November.

Our answer above, in Maria Van Nguyen's post, seems to be in a theoretical way. After this, there are some better ways, "opening" way to correct the sentence given:

- There is an English examination on Friday the twentieth of November. (This is correct and fine)...

- There will be an English exam on Friday the twentieth of November.
